Having a CPA overseeing not only your tax needs, but also your books throughout the year, can help you make more informed decisions that lead to profitability, reduced costs, and more in tax savings. 

​Services we offer​​​

  • Setup and conversion to QuickBooks Online (QBO)​

  • Full scope bookkeeping engagements start at $75/hr. 

    • Clients are responsible for daily collections and payments​

  • QBO training and ongoing support for your team

  • Connect applications to QBO (Bill pay, Financial accounts)​

  • Setup QB payroll and provide ongoing review at frequencies you need

  • Review, adjust, and/or reconcile your QBO books at a frequency you need

  • Quickbooks Cleanup​​​

Small Business Accounting (SBAcct.)

Depending on your engagement scope, we will do all the heavy lifting! We will categorize and/or review your entity's monthly transactions and adjust as needed to generate an up-to-date Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow statement. We can also provide cash flow and profitability analysis.

  • ​Reconcile and adjust all cash, investment, and credit card accounts

  • Catagorize and/or reclass profit and loss transactions as needed

  • Submit and/or review for payroll compliance and record keeping  

  • Preparation of financial statements

  • Other general ledger maintenance as applicable

  • Monthly financial analysis and reporting as applicable

Add-on's

  • ​Payroll setup or transition to QBO payroll is a separate consulting engagement to a Fixed Fee plan for Small Business Accounting. We establish a payroll system, accounts, tax profiles, and reporting.

*** Fixed Fee pricing for SBAcct. includes outsourcing to Collins CPA Group; we do the heavy lifting for you! Clients are responsible for collections and payments. A one-time engagement is separate for setup or transition to QBO. We want to ensure that your cash account is synced with QBO plus your businesses management software if possible.

Year-End Close

Whether it's supporting you and your team in audit preparation or performing a clean-up of your year-end books, we can ensure your balance sheet is reconciled, your profit and loss statement includes all transactions, and we've explained the sources and uses of your cash flow as they relate to your operations, investments, and financing.

Forensic Accounting

If you have accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting concerns, then our forensic accounting services can work to put those concerns to rest. If you have unexplained changes in cash, then we highly recommend that these changes be investigated.
